Yes, we offer this service for a nominal fee.
Budget-WebDesign does not retain the rights to your Domain Name.

Does Budget-WebDesign transfer its client's Domain name and Hosting?
Yes, at no extra charge.

How long will it take to set up an account?
Your account will be set up within 24 hours.

How much will my website cost?
For example a basic informative website ranges from $250 to $500, depending on content. Mainly text and client provided graphics requires less hours of work than a website with price lists, forms and needed graphic design.
Setting up a shopping cart, tutoring, etc. raises the cost. An e-commerce website starts at $600.
Since I charge by the work hour and not per job, the more you, the client, do for your website the less it will cost you.

Does Budget-WebDesign offer Flash Design?
No, since Flash design does not qualify as budget friendly.
I discourage business owners to use flash design, since search engines in general do not like flash websites.
We certainly may use small Flash accents using your graphics to pep up the pages.

Does Budget-WebDesign offer SEO?
We design web pages optimized for Search Engines.
We create Websites will good code, with all the needed elements in place, and customized on each of your pages. If you supply page content valuable to your website visitors and show some patience, then this is all that is needed for Search Engines to find and index your pages.

We do not allow the presentation promotion or transmission of adult, pornographic or obscene images, text or other content. Spam (the practice of sending unsolicited email) via your email account or directing of redirecting the product of spam originating from any other email account pointing to your Budget WebDesign account will result in the immediate termination of your account.
Annual fees are billed annually, in advance.
Any account discontinued due to nonpayment will be reinstated at the current hosting rate.
For a variety of reason, Budget-WebDesign reserves the right to refuse any work, without giving any reason.
